The staff here is helpful and knowledgeable, and the location is great, being near restaurants and shopping, and the room with a full refrigerator is fantastic.

the rooms were functional with beer, full size refrigerator plus microwave and the breakfast was good hot and great. its location right next to a nice steakhouse was exceptionally nice.

The hotel had a convenient location in the desert, and I came across a nice bakery nearby serving tasty pastries.

The room amenities like a microwave oven, refrigerator, and coffee/tea making facilities were great, with a diverse selection of delicious meals available.

Room was clean and very comfortable and the staff was friendly. The shuttle was clean and quick.

The water from the sink in the bathroom didn't get cold, which was mildly annoying/inconvenient. Either the cleaning service or a random thief stole my half-full Dr. Pepper from the fridge while I was out but none of my valuables, which was extremely odd.

Very loud neighbors making noise and slamming doors. Cleaning staff disturbed when "do not disturb" sign was hanging on door.

The breakfast was nice and hot with a wide range of food. The room was absolutely fabulous with a comfortable double bed. I slept very well. The hotel's central location on I-10 was convenient. Everything was great, I would choose this hotel again for my next stay in El Paso.

Breakfast options were narrow if you avoid animal products. The airport shuttle also only runs twice a day.
